Each Behave'n staff member must be at least 19 years of age, have a minimum of 3 years experience working with young children and/or possess an associate's degree in a related field. All staff must demonstrate the knowledge to implement individualized treatment plans and MUST LOVE WORKING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.

All staff members receive a minimum of 36 hours of training per year while employed by Behave'n Day Center, Inc.

The Behave'n Day Center facility is attractive to children and parents alike. The center features stimulating interior design and a spacious playground in a home-like setting.
