Individual / Family Therapy Behave'n

Behave’n is an outpatient, mental health facility located in Omaha and serving Douglas County and the surrounding area. Behave’n provides in-home and in-office mental health therapy for children and their families.

At Behave’n our therapists provide effective, individualized, and developmentally appropriate services to the children and families we serve. We believe in a collaborative approach to treatment; working with the entire family system in making long term, lasting changes in the lives of families. Our treatment team can help you by providing confidential knowledgeable care and therapy tailored to your family’s needs.

Services

Individual / Family Therapy

A licensed therapist works closely with caregivers to increase their existing abilities, teach new techniques for addressing children's behavior and approach barriers to achieving goals. Individual and family therapy services can be provided in the home, office, or community

Community Treatment Aide (CTA)

These are bachelor level professionals who have reached competency in behavior management and therapeutic intervention techniques. They are supervised by the clinical psychologist, licensed therapist and the Director of Community Services to ensure quality treatment is provided. CTAs work intensively with caregivers to enhance and develop their skills.

Support Services in Schools and Daycares

Licensed therapists and CTAs can assist children and families as they transition from Behave'n Day Center, or other community mental health programs back to their community school or daycare.
